I have pretty intense dental anxiety from experiences as a child, which can cause panic attacks and tears due to fear. Though I have struggled to find a place that listens to my fear, every staff member I have come across goes out of the way to make me feel comfortable as well as listens to me when I explain my fear or how much Novacaine I will probably need for fillings. For the first time in years I had a filling done and it was one of the best experiences by taking explaining everything, letting me wear my headphones and listening the first time when I said I will need more novacane!

Alyssa was the best! She was really thorough and she’s awesome with a great sense of humor! Gurl, you rock!!!!! Oh and let’s not forget the wonderful ladies at the front desk, phenomenal! In truth, I was made comfortable, honored and treated with tact and dignity. The staff and Doctor were kind, considerate and supportive in every step, meaning greeting me, creating a treatment plan and developing options on how I can get the most benefits with my dental plan and my available finances. It’s a miracle I found Linglestown Family Dental. I went to many other dentist’s, the only thing they said they could do was implants or dentures. Not the case. I have crowns which I was told couldn’t be done. Well, Family Dental did and now I can finally Smile again! I am so grateful to everyone that has made this happen. They don’t just do excellent work but they also truly care about you as an individual. They are family!!

Contacted the office to schedule a cleaning and was able to get an appointment the same day. I was welcomed and treated by a very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. My hygienist did a great job during my cleaning even when her equipment didn’t cooperate. Highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

I have known Dr Myshin for many years and have been with her through all of her locations over the years. She is very professional, very kind and caring and I highly recommend her practice. I have to especially give a shout out to Ally. She will serenade you while you are in the chair with her Alexis music and make you feel very comfortable. She also is very knowledgeable as an assistant to Dr Myshin and loves her job and does it very well. They are there for all your dental needs so if your looking for new dentist you won’t be disappointed!

A bad filling caused the need for a root canal. A filling should never ever lead to a root canal. The team refused to take accountability even when it was made clear that the filling fell out in pieces which led to an infection that led to a root canal. It’s never necessary to have a dead tooth, it’s crazy that they acted complete innocent. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Every aspect from a friendly greeting to a farewell and new appt was great. The practice has outstanding professional staff and excellent service delivery. I love that my need to cancel 3 weeks ago allowed me to get on a rapid response cancellation list. I hardly missed a beat@ many thanks! Best Dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Myshin is so kind and knowlegeable. She answered all of my questions and eased any anxiety I had about treatment. Dr. Kim and his assistant are amazing! My oral surgery was a piece of cake. From start to finish the care, compassion and expertise were incredible. After the surgery I followed their directions and had very little to no pain, mild discomfort. The following morning there was not even discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim, Oral Surgeon, Lititz and Lebanon locations.

I've been to Linglestown Family Dental for a few years now and I can say that I have not had a better experience elsewhere. Excellent service is a given here, but what really sets them apart for me is the staff. The whole staff is very friendly and approachable, and every visit is welcoming.
